C Type, H Type Mechanical, Pneumatic Operated Power Presses

H Type Mechanical and Pneumatic Operated Power Presses feature a steel-welded body, heat-treated components, and high rigidity. Manufactured by Basant Mechanical Works, these power presses are available with capacities of up to 1000 tons. They are equipped with mechanical and pneumatic clutches, along with die cushions, to meet diverse operational requirements.

The C Type Mechanical, Pneumatic Operated Power Presses feature a steel frame with a heavy cross-section and rigid design, ensuring minimal deflection and precise alignment. Cast iron legs are provided for presses up to 30 tons. The crankshaft, made from special alloy steel, withstands heavy loads and is fitted with gunmetal bushes for smooth, accurate operation. The gears are made from cast steel or fabricated, with teeth generated by hobbing. The clutch, of pin/rolling key type, is rigid, well-supported, and designed for continuous stroke in mass production. The flywheel, made from graded cast iron, is balanced to efficiently release energy for pressing operations. A lubrication system ensures proper lubrication of sliding surfaces and moving parts. The table and ram, made from high-grade, heavy-duty cast iron, are seasoned and precisely aligned to ensure high accuracy and precision during press operations.
