Hydraulic Pallet Trucks
Hydraulic Pallet Trucks are robustly constructed with additional ribs on welded joints for enhanced strength. They feature excellent maneuverability with large steering wheels (Dia. 180 x 50 mm) and a reliable hydraulic system with a single cartridge valve and CO2-welded pump. The forks are specially designed with separate roller slots at the rear end, avoiding weak sections by keeping the middle portion intact. Additional climber wheels are included as a standard feature, ensuring easy entry of the truck under wooden pallets.

Scissor Lifts
Scissor Lifts are built with a robust steel-welded construction and a reliable hydraulic system. They ensure comfortable working heights for users, increasing efficiency while reducing fatigue and back pain for operators. Fully guided in heavy-duty channels with thick, durable arms, these lifts are equipped with rollers and pivoting points featuring phosphor bronze/brass bushings for extended lifespan. Scissor Lifts are available in hand-operated, battery-operated, electrically AC-operated, and flameproof variants.
Material Handling Hydraulic / Semi Electric Stackers
Material Handling Hydraulic / Semi Electric Stackers are versatile tools widely used across industries. In press shops, they facilitate loading and unloading of heavy die punches, while in plastic and rubber industries, they handle moulds efficiently. They are also utilized in stores for stacking materials like trays and boxes and in warehouses for truck loading. In engineering industries, these stackers handle heavy jobs and plates for machines like CNC, VMC, Lathe, and Milling. With a load capacity distributed over forks on a 1x1 m pallet, the capacity reduces by 30% at maximum height, e.g., a 500 kg stacker can handle 350 kg at full height.
Hydraulic Scissor Lifts
Hydraulic Scissor Lifts are stationary, pit-mounted systems designed to align shop floors with functional loading areas, providing vertical lift. They are widely used for loading and unloading materials from shop floors to trucks, containers, and other elevated platforms. These lifts offer a load-carrying capacity ranging from 500 kg to 9000 kg, with customizable table sizes. Hydraulic Scissor Lifts are manufactured to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring efficiency and versatility.
Material Handling Jib Cranes
Material Handling Jib Cranes are base-mounted, self-supported systems with a thick base plate that mounts on a concrete foundation. They offer 220° to 360° rotation of the jib arm, making them highly versatile for various applications. These cranes are widely used in fabrication shops, machine shops, and assembly shops for loading and unloading tasks, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The cranes feature a set of taper roller bearings combined with thrust bearings, both at the top and bottom, to manage horizontal, vertical loads, and radial thrust. They come equipped with hand-operated or electrically operated chain pulley blocks for vertical lifting, and chain-operated or electrically operated gear trolleys for horizontal load movement. Additionally, special polyurethane shock absorbers or buffers are included as a standard feature for enhanced safety and performance.
